“World Gone Mad” is a group of hobbyist musicians that play rock and roll music, primarily with a full rhythm section and brass/sax instruments.
Members include DMACC students, staff and others that rehearse twice a month on Sunday afternoons in the Bldg. #6 Music Department room. The goal is to have fun making music and have a few local public performances year each.

Well it has been an extremely busy 4 months. I have meet many great people in the process of getting WGM-DSM organized.
We have achieved critical mass in players for all areas that we need: rhythm section (percussion, guitar, bass, keyboards), brass section (trumpet, mellophone, trombones, baritones), and color guard. We are still working on getting 2 tuba players for the tuba horns we own and fill out the woodwinds section.
We have the music on hand or will be in the next 2 weeks.
We have a rehearsal facilities scheduled.
I am very happy with the progress we have made in this very short period of time and looking at watching us grow.
It is the start of a great adventure!
